Car Crash Rentals puts not-at-fault drivers back on the road quickly and recovers the hire cost from the at-fault insurer.
When someone else hits your car, the inconvenience lands on you. Your car goes to a repairer, the other driver's insurer takes its time, and you are the one working out how to get to work, school and everything else. Car Crash Rentals exists to remove that problem.
We are a new Australian business, based in Brisbane, formed by people who have spent years around motor claims, repairers and hire fleets. We are deliberately small and deliberately specialised. We do not run holiday hire or airport counters. We provide accident replacement vehicles to drivers who were not at fault, and we pursue the hire cost from the party who caused the accident.
We are not going to claim decades of history or hundreds of thousands of customers, because we have not earned that yet. What we can offer is a straight process, real people on the phone, and honesty about what credit hire is and is not.
Independent
We are not owned by, appointed by or working for any insurer. That independence is the whole point — it is why we can put you in a car while the insurers are still arguing.

We do accident replacement only. No holiday hire, no airport counters. Everything about the way we operate is built around not-at-fault claims.
